Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Associate-RRC.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Call Center agent for Patient Access Registration, ensuring complete patient accounts
• Calculate patient financial responsibility and process payments while presenting financial options
• Perform registration activities for multiple sites and services within the healthcare system

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent
• One year of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, clinical role, or related clerical accounting/finance/retail
• No specific licensure or certification required by law
• Three years of healthcare revenue cycle or call center experience preferred
• Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association or as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative preferred
