Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Regional Representative 2W - Revenue Cycle Denials Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle escalated account and payer issues, including complex edits and appeals
• Assist with training and education to staff for accuracy in billing and reimbursement
• Identify payer and system issues to initiate project requests for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Two years of experience in healthcare business office operations and customer service
• Experience as an Accounts Receivable Representative 2 is acceptable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
