Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1-3 technical support for SuccessFactors and other HR systems, resolving issues and implementing break/fix solutions
• Support the RAISE Roadmap for continuous improvement of SuccessFactors based on user feedback
• Deliver reporting requests and maintain HR data health across all systems

Required Qualifications

• Experience with SuccessFactors administrative and configuration
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and payroll systems or integrations
• Proficiency in reporting tools such as Table, Canvas, and Story reporting
• Ability to conduct regular audits and ensure HR data governance compliance
• Experience in preparing import templates for bulk data loads into SuccessFactors
