Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Systems Analyst I to provide administration of HR applications and system support for workforce members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for HR systems to resolve complex problems and recommend solutions
  • Assist HR Support Center in troubleshooting complex questions and issues
  • Recommend process improvements and participate in developing training materials for users
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Healthcare, or related setting
  • Knowledge of human resources principles and familiarity with HR systems
  • Experience with database management and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and handle complex situations
