Provide support for complex inquiries from associates and leaders regarding HR procedures and policies
Conduct internal investigations and address employee relations issues
Offer performance management guidance and support to people leaders, including managing disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or a minimum of 4 years of HR generalist experience
Proven experience in an HR Advisory role or similar position
Working knowledge of HR disciplines such as employee relations and performance management
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Ability to make decisions and seek resolutions independently
