HEOR Strategy Associate Director - job 1 of 2

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HEOR Strategy Associate Director to lead HEOR strategy and tactics for their Parkinson's Disease team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of HEOR strategies and research, securing stakeholder buy-in
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align strategies and objectives, ensuring timely delivery of research
• Design and conduct real-world evidence generation studies and support economic modeling efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree or Fellowship in Health Economics or related field; PhD preferred
• 3-6 years of HEOR experience in the pharmaceutical industry, CRO, academia, or consulting
• Proven success in two or more core HEOR specialties
• Experience leading complex HEOR projects with cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical skills with experience in real-world data analysis and health economic modeling
