Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Solutions Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult on platform capabilities and integrations to support Customer Success teams
• Onboard suppliers to drive growth of Digital Ordering across the marketplace
• Implement workflows and develop strategies for the application of platform features within customer workflows

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or project-based work in healthcare
• Experience with SAAS product setup, configuration, or technical integration in healthcare
• Experience in complex project management and guiding stakeholders through transformation
• Broad knowledge of the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) landscape
• Exposure to AI solutions or digital workflow automation is a plus
