Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Sales Executive (Healthcare) to lead their sales team and drive results in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee the end-to-end sales process using a consultative approach
• Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and lead conversion based on data insights
• Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate data entry in HubSpot CRM

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent; Master's preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in IT, preferably with software or SaaS solutions
• Proven success in selling Software/SaaS solutions in the healthcare industry
• Experience with HubSpot, particularly in setting up sales workflows
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed business targets
