Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and coverage goals within assigned territory
• Develop and mentor junior team members while fulfilling a regional training role
• Manage territory budgets and represent the company at professional events

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BA or BS degree required
• 6+ years of relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• 5+ years of experience in specialty sales or the appropriate therapeutic area
• Proven track record of successful pharmaceutical sales and relevant disease/product knowledge
• Familiarity with Infectious Disease or HIV is a plus
