Job Summary

A company is looking for a HC & Insurance Operations Processing Sr Rep.

Key Responsibilities

• Process professional claim forms and review policies and benefits
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company regulations while meeting client productivity and quality targets
• Adjudicate claims according to defined workflows and resolve claims received via email promptly

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare claims processing
• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience using computer systems, including Windows applications
• Previous remote work experience
• Familiarity with MS Office products, including Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
