Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Loss Prevention, Bankruptcy, or Customer Service in the financial industry, or equivalent
• Experience in inbound and outbound call center operations preferred
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with various lines of business in the financial sector
• Reliable and dependable work ethic
