• Active state license in relevant fields (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHP, Psychologist)
• Capability for independent practice
• Experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection
• Willingness to engage clients within the first 14 days of account creation for bonus eligibility
