• Manage human resources functions including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of front-line staff
• Demonstrate fiscal accountability by managing expenses and preparing necessary documentation for budget reviews

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field
• 3 years of experience in a clinical setting with patient scheduling and access
• At least one year of experience serving as a lead worker
• Progressive additions to responsibility in previous roles
• Experience in a high-volume, direct patient contact medical setting preferred
