Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Pharm PA/Appeals Technician - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support members by becoming knowledgeable with the processes
• Meet departmental production, quality, and success rate standards
• Collect clinical information for Medicare Part D Appeal Requests through outbound calls

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Active Pharmacy Technician license or National Certification (PTCB)
• 2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays
