Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Insurance Product Specialist to manage stakeholder relationships and improve technology workflows in the health insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address technology workflow issues
• Contribute to product roadmaps and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Create and maintain documentation to support stakeholder needs

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of group health insurance, including enrollment and benefits administration
• Working knowledge of relevant technology from various perspectives (agency, broker, employer, employee)
• Experience managing diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with software management and database practices
• Understanding of change management practices
