Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager / Senior Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and driving new business wins to generate Freelance and Permanent opportunities
• Networking with clients to promote the company's offerings and maintain relationships
• Creating and maintaining a target list of potential new business and developing strategic plans to convert them

Required Qualifications

• Previous Business Development experience in a service-focused business, preferably in Recruitment
• Proven track record of winning business and nurturing client relationships at a senior level
• Experience in planning, strategizing, and opportunity qualification
• Strong presentation skills and ability to recognize additional sales opportunities
• Negotiation skills with a capability to close bids and pitches effectively
