Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Information Data Integrity Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and merges duplicate patient information while maintaining accuracy in the EMR
• Updates and reviews demographic data to ensure integrity and compliance with established procedures
• Analyzes patient demographic information and collaborates with various departments to maintain the integrity of the Provider Directory

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate
• Typically requires 1 year of experience in data entry and/or medical records in a healthcare environment
• Knowledge of HL7 language and experience with hospital information systems
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
