Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Manager - Healthcare Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enhance the proprietary BI layer tool for Payment Integrity and revenue cycle management operations
• Develop and present advanced interactive BI dashboards and analytical reports to stakeholders and leadership
• Establish connectivity environments from data science frameworks to BI dashboards and manage complex data visualizations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Five years of experience in the U.S. healthcare field in a relevant position
• Experience with database management using MS SQL, Oracle, or Python in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
• Proficiency in developing advanced BI dashboards using Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, and Python
• Experience managing tasks for BI resource pools and collaborating with cross-geo teams
