Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Youth Mentor/Skills Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Build structured and positive relationships with youth to empower their daily lives
• Provide client-centered mentoring in community settings, including evenings and weekends
• Utilize evidence-based approaches to assist youth in identifying and achieving personal goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of relevant experience (additional education/life experience may substitute)
• CPR/First Aid Certification (provided by the agency)
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) Certification (provided by the agency)
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance
