Head of NPTI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of NPTI.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee functional aspects of the department including budget, staff, and performance management
• Ensure timely and rigorous responses to Corporate Development initiatives and improve the efficiency of the diligence process
• Engage with senior leaders to align integration processes with company values and manage relationships with licensors

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical/Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 15 years of experience in drug development and validation in pharmaceutical or biotech settings
• Experience in program outsourcing and management of Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
• Proven leadership and collaborative management skills with cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of technical development processes for both large and small molecules
