Job Summary

A company is looking for a HCM Project Manager who will oversee implementation projects and lead project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and scope while ensuring adherence to client agreements
• Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams regarding project updates and expectations
• Direct and lead client meetings and ensure project documentation is organized and accessible

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in the HCM field
• Background in business and managing various types of projects
• Project management training and/or certification preferred
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Ability to lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders
