HCM Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paycor Implementation and Optimization HCM Consultant II.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a client-side resource for technical configurations, integrations, testing, and validation tasks during implementation projects
• Analyze current client processes to identify optimization opportunities and deliver custom system training to ensure high technology adoption rates
• Collaborate with clients and platform vendors to design solutions, manage project tasks, and ensure successful payroll transitions

Required Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of multiple HRIS software platforms including ADP WFN, Paylocity, and Paycom
• At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing implementation role
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a computer-related field
• Experience with integrations between third-party systems such as API and EDI
• Understanding of PII data governance requirements and ability to maintain confidentiality
