Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive growth and marketing strategy across various channels
• Manage marketing-sourced pipeline generation and optimize conversion rates
• Lead and mentor a remote team while collaborating cross-functionally with other departments

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing/growth experience, with 3+ years in a SaaS leadership role
• Proven track record of scaling businesses from Series A to B/C, focusing on the US SMB market
• Expertise in performance marketing, ABM, SEO, CRO, and lifecycle campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of key performance indicators and attribution models
• Experience managing remote teams and familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem is a plus
