Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Manager, Paid and Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for paid and lifecycle campaigns from kickoff through launch
• Lead weekly sprint planning and manage status tracking to ensure initiatives are on schedule
• Develop and execute creative strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Based in New York City, or willing to relocate
• 5+ years of experience in a growth, marketing, or similar role at a high-growth company
• Strong grasp of marketing analytics tools
• Experience managing budgets and POs, including working closely with finance
• High level of energy and a relentless pursuit of excellence
