Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Growth Manager, Performance Creative to lead creative ideation and execution across growth channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a creative testing roadmap focused on performance KPIs
• Lead cross-functional brainstorms to generate creative ideas based on customer insights
• Oversee the growth creative budget and collaborate with channel managers to launch high-performing assets

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, creative strategy, or paid media, preferably in DTC or consumer subscription
• Hands-on expertise in Meta with a proven track record in driving growth
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, ad formats, and platform-specific KPIs
• Data-savvy and comfortable interpreting performance dashboards
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
