Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Underwriter for Voluntary Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate risk for group insurance products and analyze relevant data to determine benefits and rates
• Contribute to division profitability by assessing client profitability through experience and expense analysis
• Coordinate underwriting activities and document decisions for proposals, new cases, renewals, and amendments

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-4 years of Stop Loss group underwriting experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in PC skills, including word processing and spreadsheet applications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
