Group Air Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Air Advisor who books domestic and international group air reservations and provides customer service support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage office routines and keep management informed of service issues
• Process air travel requests and maintain communication with clients
• Ensure customer service excellence and maintain knowledge of vendor programs

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of corporate travel experience
• Meeting/incentive/event experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of the Sabre reservation system
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
