A company is looking for a Specialist in GAAP & SEC Financial Reporting & Accounting.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reporting deliverables
• Conduct financial analysis and support business unit teams
• Prepare quarterly and annual SEC and regulatory filings

Required Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree - Minimum Required
• 1 - 3+ Years of relevant experience
• Professional designation (or candidate for designation) as a CPA preferred
