Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Support Associate to provide administrative support to Project Managers and ensure project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in finalizing project specifications and maintaining study filing systems
• Coordinate activities with the Project Manager to ensure timely completion of clinical services
• Provide reports and optimize production of clinical supplies while applying Good Manufacturing Principles

Required Qualifications

• Understanding and proficient use of SOPs required by company Quality standards
• Ability to learn and master internal systems associated with projects
• Proficiency in using project planning tools like Microsoft Project
• In-depth understanding of clinical trials
• Certification in Project Management by a recognized institution is preferred
