A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Paralegal to manage legal documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and summarize various contracts while ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Respond to subpoenas and administrative actions, and monitor litigation developments
• Conduct legal research and support internal compliance audits and corporate governance

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of paralegal experience with a focus on commercial contracts and litigation
• Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program preferred
• Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial law, and litigation/enforcement
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proven experience in managing high volumes of legal work in fast-paced environments
