Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contract Manager who will oversee and manage commercial agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, and vendor agreements
• Serve as the primary contact for Sales and stakeholders regarding procurement requests
• Implement and optimize contract management tools and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in contract management and negotiation
• Strong understanding of legal compliance and data privacy regulations
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in training stakeholders on contract best practices
