Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages
• Collaborate with representatives on fraud or subrogation claims to achieve optimal outcomes
• Conduct thorough investigations and identify potential fraudulent activity in PIP claims

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 2 or more years of experience in claims handling (Preferred)
• Experience managing Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims
• Intermediate understanding of insurance policies and industry practices
• No supervisory responsibilities required
