Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Money Mentor to lead financial coaching initiatives and enhance client financial literacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and develop the curriculum for the Money Mentor feature using human-centered design
• Design and implement a scalable coaching model and oversee performance metrics to assess program effectiveness
• Hire, train, and manage a team of Money Mentors while fostering a culture of client service excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7+ years of experience in financial coaching and personal finance
• Proven experience in training/facilitation and applying human-centered design principles
• Ability to integrate needs assessment into practical action
• Team player with strong consultative and relationship skills
