Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Clearance Representative Associate, responsible for completing the financial clearance process and providing support to patients regarding their healthcare financial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial clearance processes by interviewing patients and collecting necessary information for pre-registration
• Educate patients on pertinent policies and verify insurance eligibility, documenting information in the system
• Provide proactive price estimates and inform families about financial assistance options when coverage is inadequate

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience with insurance and/or benefit verification
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work from 7:30am - 4:00pm CST
• Must be 18 years of age or older
