Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investment Analyst (Agency Lending/ Affordable Underwriting) to support the Underwriting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and operational support on potential real estate transactions
• Perform financial modeling and analysis of real estate transactions
• Track and report information relevant to real estate transactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Real Estate preferred
• 1-3 years of related work experience in financial analysis or underwriting
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Familiarity with affordable housing programs, including LIHTC and Section 8
• Demonstrated interest in affordable housing finance or community development
