Finance Staff Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff, Finance (FP&A) professional to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
• Own performance reporting and lead financial planning and scenario modeling to support decision-making
• Evaluate new opportunities and optimize resources while assessing ROI to align finance with operational and strategic goals

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in high-intensity environments such as startups, private equity, or investment banking
• 2+ years of experience managing financial/business performance reporting cycles
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related quantitative field
• Outstanding skills in G-Suite or Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with FP&A tools is a plus
