Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Recruiter for Retail Store Hourly Roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize various recruiting tools to source, interview, and onboard candidates for retail store roles
• Drive quality hiring outcomes by understanding business needs and establishing partnerships with hiring leaders
• Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidate fit for the organization

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years of college-level courses; a 4-year degree or HR certification is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with corporate recruiting experience preferred
• At least 2 years of experience as a strategic partner with business leaders
• Proven ability to develop creative business plans and influence leaders
• Demonstrated negotiation and project management skills
