Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Marketing Manager responsible for developing and implementing regional marketing initiatives to drive demand and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional field marketing strategy to support lead generation and pipeline acceleration
• Create integrated, data-driven marketing plans and collaborate on field-driven activities such as events and campaigns
• Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate success and provide insights for strategic adjustments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of field or partner marketing experience, preferably in B2B and SaaS
• Proven track record of driving B2B sales results through field marketing initiatives
• Strong project management and organizational skills with cross-functional marketing expertise
• BA/BS degree; accounting or fintech experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, and Asana is preferred
