Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute impactful promotion campaigns
• Conduct detailed campaign analysis to assess success and identify improvements
• Customize campaigns across various communication channels

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a CRM/Retention or marketing manager role
• Experience with multiple communication channels (email/SMS/push/popup)
• Strong knowledge of casino and sports players
• Understanding of betting industry specifics and key KPIs
• Knowledge of HTML and Jira is a plus
