Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of E-Commerce in the Health & Wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel site performance and lead mobile-first UX/UI optimization
• Manage merchandising across Shopify storefronts and partner with product teams for strategy adjustments
• Define and track e-commerce KPIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams for site readiness and inventory forecasts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• 7+ years of experience managing D2C Shopify Plus Storefronts, preferably in health, wellness, or beauty
• 5+ years of experience in merchandising digital storefronts across various sales channels
• 5+ years of experience leading a team responsible for email & SMS marketing, loyalty programs, and e-commerce strategy
• Advanced proficiency with analytics and attribution tools for actionable insights
