Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Paid Media - Startups/SMB (Remote Mexico).

Key Responsibilities

• Set goals for client engagements and ensure adherence to best practices across all channels
• Lead and support a team of Demand Generation Managers, fostering accountability and proactive communication
• Conduct monthly growth audits to identify strategies for client growth and maintain healthy client relationships

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in paid media, including 2+ years in an agency setting
• 2-3+ years of team management experience
• Proven expertise in paid search and paid social, with experience in LinkedIn Ads and other platforms being a plus
• Demonstrated success in multi-channel paid media strategies
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
