Required Qualifications

• Native or professional proficiency in Slovak/Czech and English; additional language (German) is a plus
• Prior remote customer service experience (phone, email, chat)
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for solving problems and building relationships
• Ability to simplify complex topics for clients
• Proactive communication and strong organizational skills
