Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager - Small Accounts (US).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction through proactive outreach and communication strategies
• Negotiate and close deals for renewals, expansions, and cross-sell products to meet revenue targets
• Collaborate with internal partners to develop account plans and utilize data for identifying growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field
• 3 years of Account Management or Sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Sales experience in the educational market is preferred
• Experience with Salesforce and understanding of the K-12 education industry is desired
• Excellent relationship-building skills and a desire to create positive customer experiences
