District Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HED District Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and retain top sales talent through recruitment, training, and performance feedback
• Create and implement district-level sales plans to drive sales success and digital growth
• Provide leadership and direction to the District sales team while managing the district budget and reporting requirements

Required Qualifications and Education

• BA or BS degree with a minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Sales, Marketing, or Management
• Demonstrated success in sales management and leadership
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion
• Prior managerial experience preferred
• Sales experience in academic publishing or higher education sales preferred
