A company is looking for an Account Executive focused on the Mid-Market segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position the solution
• Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
• Manage complex sales cycles from start to finish while building strategic customer acquisition plans

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business application sales, preferably in an HR enterprise SaaS environment
• Experience with a 6 month+ sales cycle and a consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals
• Experience using tools like Sales Navigator, Discover Org, Outreach, and Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree; a master's degree is considered an asset
• Demonstrated experience selling to the C-suite and building long-standing relationships
