Disability Business Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disability Business Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document details of ideas/epics into meaningful solutions and capabilities
• Facilitate business solution design to meet overall objectives
• Consult with partners to ensure solutions align with customer experience and operational readiness

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in implementing large Integrated Absence and Disability claim processing projects
• Experience with FINEOS Claims Admin Suite preferred
• Strong background in business and technical end-to-end journey mapping related to Disability and Absence Claim processing
• Proven experience working with large, multi-functional Agile Release Trains
• Experience with customer eligibility file processing and TPA integrations
