Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Support Engineer to provide technical support for IBM Cloud Pak for Data.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues with large scale enterprise applications in collaboration with stakeholders and vendors
• Perform application performance tuning, scaling, and manage connectivity security for cloud-based infrastructure
• Run tests and troubleshoot issues while interpreting systems metrics for problem resolution

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Systems Support Engineering and Data Engineering
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Jira)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for a 24/7 on-call rotation schedule
• Preferred co-location with a major facility, especially in Puerto Rico
