Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director / Sr. Director, Technical Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with technology and business leaders to develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for operational improvements
• Engage engineering leadership in planning to align the work of global engineering teams
• Design and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity across technology teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering operations or program management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of developing strategies that drive operational excellence
• Advanced knowledge of engineering workflows, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, DevOps)
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive change
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
