A company is looking for a Lead Program Analyst to support the scientific merit review process for government-funded research programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the review process of peer-reviewed scientifically based merit proposals
• Analyze review outcomes and generate detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations
• Manage communication with stakeholders and facilitate logistics for peer-review meetings

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or program support role, preferably in a client-facing environment
• Proven analytical skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Experience in managing program support activities and data integrity
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
