Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager in Settlement Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of Managers, Analysts, and Coordinators, providing performance feedback and support
• Oversee client relationships, ensuring cases are handled appropriately and client expectations are exceeded
• Supervise project teams, ensuring timely execution of project deliverables and adherence to Settlement Agreement terms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in claims administration, account management, client services, paralegal, or project management
• Background in legal, banking, financial services, or class action administration is required
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable
• Paralegal experience or JD is also highly desirable
